Project Scope / Design Sprint
• Define project scope through generative, iterative, evaluative stage of design and development.
• Design sprints through series of iterations, revisions, and feedback for continuous development.
Design Guideline
• Establish Mobile-First design with responsive framework across all platforms.
• Update and iterate information architecture, site map, wireframe, and prototype.
Design System and Branding Standard
• Establish design system/library for consistent and standardized reusable components and modules.
• Design consistent visual and layout across all sites while adhere to branding and web standards.
• Use Material UI and Nielson's 10 usability methodologies in Human-Centered design principles.
Accessibility and Compliance Audits
• Adhere to W3C/WCAG/ADA Accessibility guidelines & submit audit for WCAG A/AA Compliance.
• SEO/SEM, usability and accessibility strategies; i.e. Alt and meta tags, assistive technologies.
Usability and Heuristic Check
• Utilize NN/g Nielson's 10 usability heuristics to design and check for site usability and functionality.
• Assign with Rose, Thorn, Bud color system to prioritize severity of the heuristic and addressing them.
Measuring Impact and Optimization
• Measurable comparative analysis through A/B testing with Google analytics and data metrics.
• Analyze KPI through traffic impression, retention and click-through rates to optimize sites.
• Quant and Qual analyses and surveys to explore area of opportunities/gaps to improve performance.
